how can we improve our english? i will recommend you some practical advices:
1. i think that it is a very good idea to speak with people of other countries by internet(chats,blogs), where english is the first language,so you can practice speaking with them.there you will meet new people and you could have a lot of new penfriends.
2. Other advice which is very practical, is to practise reading magazines and newspapers every week or month. you can buy any english newspaper and try to understand all the vocabulary.
