this year, there's just one group confirmed yet: Red Hot Chili Peppers. Even though, Bilbao and BBK are working on taking more groups. We will know the complete list soon.

although i don't like the groups which will give a concert in this festival,i think that for a lot of people will be very attractive, because groups like Iron maiden, red hot chili peppers or metallica are very famous and they have thousands of fans all over the world.
Actually there are confirmed all the groups and i think that it would be a great chance for the fans to see their favourites groups.Maybe the prices should be cheaper, however it's true that all the groups are vey good.
I think that Bilbao Live Festival is created for the purpose of bringing people from other countries to Bilbao. It is just another attraction more, like the Guggenheim and all the places around it.
Since Azkuna is the mayor of Bilbao he has just been building expensive and modern buildings and sculptures, and doing big and pretty parks near the river Nervion. What I mean is that he have spent a lot of money developing Bilbao, but what Bilbao? Just the Bilbao for the turist and the richs, cause in neighbourhoods like Santutxu, Otxarkoaga, Txurdinaga... where lives the lower class, haven't been any improvements. The only works made by Azkuna in this places have been buildingworks that don't improve the live level of the citizens.
Summarising what I want to say, the Bilbao live Festival is another step in the process of improving just one part of Bilbao and instead of looking for quality the Festival looks for business.
I think that Bilbao Life Festival is a good entertainment for all the teenagers fron Bilbao and from other countries. Iñaki Azkuna has paid a great deal of money to carry famous music gropus to Kobetamendi, so it´s almost an obligation to go there to listen their songs.
I hardly listen that kind of music, but maybe other people yes, so it will be a good oportunity for them to listen their favourite music groups next to their homes.
Nevertheless, there is a problem: As i see it, the tickets are too expensive, but maybe they are worth them.
The date of Bilbao Life Festival isn´t appropiate cause mostly people have exams ( in my case ..)
To sum up, if you want to see Red Hot Chili Peppers you have only to wait 2 months... enjoy it!
